I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

8 miles on the treadmill. Topped out at about 7:20 pace for a while.
Saw Ford vs. Ferrari in the afternoon. Tons of fun.
Rest day.
I ran 8 almost pain-free miles on the treadmill today. Words can't express how happy this makes me.
Now if I just had a team to coach...
PM: 6.25 on the treadmill at between 8 and 8:30 pace. 1 mile on the helix.
No running today. Trying not to overdo things.
Went to the school weight room and did lots of weights/core and some jump roping. Jumped rope for 6 minutes and gave myself a mile for that.
