I'm not ashamed to admit that I felt a little bit of ZIP in my legs tonight.

1 mile around the neighborhood to wake up. Heading off to the Turkey Trot now...

Fun race. I ran 18:50 and won my age group. Snowy/slushy on the roads. The first half of the race was a steady uphill and the last was more downhill. Splits were 6:22, 6:19, 5:50. Balke Bennion won the overall which was AWESOME. Abby won her age group and also a $50.00 gift card to Dick's Sporting Goods. I took enough bananas to make back my entry fee.

Early PM: 4 easy miles around Sugar House Park.

All this almost made up for Trump's crappy Secretary of Education pick (wouldn't be Thanksgiving without a little politics thrown in right?)
