Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running in some fashion.
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: 6.5 miles around Sugar House.
PM: 5.5 miles around Liberty Park. 6 long striders, 40 yard sprints after. Cool down.
I have an achy right knee so I took a day off. Judged Sterling Scholar applicants after school.
AM: 4.25 miles in lane 8 of the Alta High Track.
PM: 5 miles around the school. 15 stadiums, push-ups, sit-ups, core.
Trump. He's toast.

The Run: 9.25 miles arounf Sugar House Park. 6 quality striders. Rope jumping.
Happily watching the Jazz now and eating lasagna while reading up on the religious wars of the 16th century.
AM: 125 push-ups, 125 sit-ups, dead lifts.
PM: 4.25 neighborhood miles at a relaxed pace.
8 miles around Sugar House. Kind of a grind.
Early AM 11.25 miles on the Pipeline Trail. Averaged 7:53 which may be my fastest ever for the Pipeline.
Not a grind today. Downright delightful in fact.
