AM: 4 mile walk. Looking forward to church this morning. Our pastor has been on sabbatical since early June and returns today. He always has something to say that makes going to church worthwhile.

Just like old times only slower. Saw Jake (out for a long run, not racing) Amiee, Fritz, and tons of other old compadres. Happy with my time of 5:48 which was 2nd in the 50-59 age group.

Proud of Andy's 6:41 as well. First among kids wearing a baseball uniform.

PM: 1 mile swim.
