Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running in some fashion.
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: 8 miles around Liberty Park.
AM; 9.3 miles, Pipeline Trail.
Going to spend the rest of the day trying to figure out the best of only bad options as far as my kids going to school this year.
AM: 1.5 mile warm-up, 8.5 miles in 59 minutes, easy cool down.
AM: 9.3 Pipeline Trail. Warm at 7 am and legs felt deadish.
AM: 5 easy miles around the neighborhood. Met Ann for breakfast at the Blue Plate on her way home from work.
AM: 20 miles all on the roads of Salt Lake City. 7:56 pace.
Stopped once for a few slugs of Gatorade at mile 15.
