AM: 15 miles up and down City Creek Canyon. Spent the morning reading about the state of things and getting depressed. The run was a partial cure.

Just finished the morning dog walk. Thinking about grading some AP essays that were submitted over the weekend and about bribing Andy to do some schoolwork. Beautiful day here in Utah.

No running today but probably lots of walking and maybe a bike ride.

... Actually, went up to Jeremy Ranch with Ann this afternoon and couldn't resist an easy 5 miles. Turned into a beautiful evening and we just sat by the river for a fair amount of time after.

Took the day off to fret about the state of our country. Happy that I've been running since 1978 and no one has shot me while out on a run.

AM: 9.3 on the Pipeline Trail. Already fairly crowded at 7:30. Think I'll save that one for weekdays from now on.
