AM: 8 miles of Sugar House Park loops. I planned to do 15 but I felt sluggish and achy and just wasn't enjoying the run. It happens every now and then. I'll take theday off tomorrow.
Mostly a rest day. 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups and I walked a couple miles around the Avenues in the afternoon.
4 easy miles.
AM: Easy and thouroughly enjoyable 4.25 mile run. Mostly around the track here at school. Lectured on the Cold War after.
PM: 6.5 mechanical miles.
8.5 miles around the neighborhood. Blustery, snow flurries.
PM: 4.5 miles. Lots of push-ups and sit-ups.
AM: 11.5 miles on the Round Valley Trails in Park City. No snow, very little mud.
PM: 3 easy miles to get to 50 for the week. Don't usually obsess over numbers that way but it felt important today for some reason.
