Just a really easy run. Had to stop when I started convulsive coughing and spewing up gunk from my lungs.

12 miles in 1:25:10 mostly around Sugarhouse Park.

Doing a "longish" run today, I definitely felt a lack of fitness due to my reduced mileage the last few weeks and my illness. I felt pretty good though and don't think it will take me too long to get my strength back.

My buddy Bret ran a 39:10 10k today as he prepares to go under 3 for the marathon in a couple weeks. You can see his race report under "race reports".
