I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.

 Keep running in some fashion.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

I was going to squeeze in a little run after my 3rd period class and before parent-teacher conferences but ended up having to write a couple letters of reccomendation. Maybe I'll try to squeeze in a little run around 8 pm when I get home. 

Feeling pretty good but still a little sore. I've got a 4 day weekend so I'm hoping to get some quality runs in.

AM: 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups

PM: Started out running but decided against it. Went back home and waited for Ann to get home from work and walked 3 miles around the neighborhood with her.

Four day weekend coming up. Goals.

1. Read The Heart of Everything That Is about Chief Red Cloud.

2. Complete one double Grandeur Peak run.

3. Run the Jeremy Ranch Road.

4. Go skiing once.

5. Make it to Green River so I can have a Ray's Tavern cheesburger.
