I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

I'm up to #2 on the 12 hour wait list for RUFA. I'll be shoveling out the Church Fork site with Jared on Thursday so I'll know for sure by then whether I'll be running on Saturday.

Attempting the 6 hour RUFA today. Will try for 3 summits of Grandeur Peak.

Ugh! That was a hard one. I should get some new body parts, train, and lose about 10 pounds.

Lots of great people though and the base aid station at Church Fork is the best restaurant in the Wasatch!
