My ankle hurt today. Started out with one mile on the treadmill but it hurt too much so I went over and did seven miles of elipticalling. Hopefully it's just a temporary thing.
No running today. Sore achilles. :(
Took it easy today.
5.5 easy miles on the treadmill and then two more, fairly hard, on the stair master. Achilles felt ok, but I didn't feel like pushing it.
Treadmill progression rum. Started at 7:30 pace and worked up to 6:10.
All I had time for. 9th grade orientation at school until 8 PM.
AM: 4.25 slushy miles around the neighborhood after walking Andy to school.
PM: 6.25 on the treadmill. Struggled. Getting sick, scratchy throat, gunk in my lungs.
Spent the day being sick.
Eight laps around Sugar House Park plus a little extra. Dunkin Donuts after with the family plus Ashton, Read, and Kramer while watching the snow come down outside.
