Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running in some fashion.
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: 2.5 miles from the Moab Rim trailhead to the valley overlook and back. Took about 25 minutes to do the uphill mile.
PM: Easy 3.5 mile walk/jog around Sugar House Park.
AM: 7.5 miles cross training. 6.25 on the helix, 1.25 on the liptical.
PM: Strength training, core, lots of snow shoveling.
PM: No run today. Enjoyed a 4.25 mile walk listening to Churchill.
AM: Push-ups, sit-ups, flutter kicks, lots of core.
PM: 7 miles on the elliptical at the gym.
PM: Just a 2 mile walk with Andy.
PM: 6 on the elliptical, 1 on the Helix, and 1 mile on the treadmill at 4 mph and a 7% uphill.
AM: Up and down Grandeur Peak. Perfect day.
PM: 4 mile walk with Andy.
