That's pretty impressive. Nice to be at the steep end of the improvement curve for a sport. That's a benefit of trying something new.

That's true Jon. In a few days, I might google rowing times to find out what constitutes a decent time for rowing 5,000 meters and how age-graded rowing times compare. I'd MUCH rather be out on the trails though.
