I had some success in high school and college.
Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running in some fashion.
I teach AP U.S. History and other courses at Alta High School. I also coach the track and cross country teams at Alta.

Warm-up of 1.5 miles then some stretching
8 X 1/2 mile starting at 3:00 and working down to 2:52. Quarter mile jog recovery.
Nice work, Rob. Are you shooting for a certain time next month?
It looks like a fast course and it's at sea level so I'm hoping to dip under 29 minutes.
