Took a needed day off. Spent the whole day at a track meet anyway.

Happy with Kramer's 4:16 and Braydon's 1:56 down at Arcadia. Blake ran a nice 4:40 1600 today as well. Good, hard working kids.

Heading down to Bryce Canyon tomorrow with the family for a couple days. Hope to get in some good runs.

Good runs by those guys! I missed the webcast... we were at dinner. Talked to Todd at Alta - the race is being replaced with an event for climbers!

Lots of great runs to do along the rim at Bryce. Just head out before the crowds on the main trails. Once the buses arrive, it's over!

Thanks Allie.

Jake - the rain and snow in the forecast for tomorrow should keep the crowds down.
