Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running in some fashion.
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Seven on the treadmill. Worked up to 6:30 pace for a while. Hot tub out of commission for 2nd straight day. Sadness.
If you worked "up" to 6:30 pace, does that mean you were running, say, 5:30 pace before that? You don't have to respond, I think I'll just assume that is true :-)
Up to as in increasing my speed gradually up to the blistering 6:30 pace.
