Good race today. Stayed up late last night and ate poorly yesterday. Felt sluggish and tired at the start but worked into it by mile 3. Loved running the downhills and switchbacks on the single track in the middle miles. Overall masters winner, a 40 year old, beat me by about 15 seconds.

So my summer racing season is over.

Nice racing Rob. Good summer of events for you, indeed.
