I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Keep running in some fashion.


I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

PM: 9.25 miles around the school/track. 8:05 pace. 6 X 100 yard striders.

I signed up for the USATF cross country championships in Tallahassee in February. I'm really excited for something a little different this winter. I've contracted with Kramer Morton to coach me :-)

Hey, very cool news! Good luck, and have a fun race! My running friends did this race last year as a team and really enjoyed it.
