I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

Personal:

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Out 4 miles on the Jeremy Ranch Road to Mormon Flat, then west on the trail (Mormon/California/Pony Express) 3 miles. Then back for a total of 14 miles.

I ran with several of my cross country boys plus Jake. We saw 3 mooses, a red tailed hawk, and an otter.

Abby ran 11. Longest run ever!

That was a nice run. I'm glad we are getting a little extended summer weather.

I did that same run last year in the late fall. It was cold, but still awesome.

We turned around approximately 1.3 miles from Big Mountain Pass. So, next time!
