Nine gully-wompin miles after track practice.

Registered my boys and their smokin 7:51 4 x 800 time for New Balance Outdoor Nationals today. I won't be able to go with them. Bummer.

Spent two hours this evening with my old friend Jack Bauer.

We used to have rules in college for a game that involved certain numbers of pushups for everytime Jack killed someone, yelled "D@mmit", tortured someone, etc. Great way to get the upper body shredded.

I'm saving the episodes for June so I can watch them on the way to Duluth to get super-pumped up! Avoiding online spoilers is also great mental discipline training.

I have never done a guilty run before Rob. Explain this one? Did you steal a slurpee at the local 7-11 and then run away from the store manager for 9 miles? I have a $1.19 for you when I see you next. Or maybe it was you were trying to get as tired in nine miles as Jack Bauer gets in 24 hours. He doesn't even take a pee break! How?! ;) MIH

So what did you think of the first show? I missed the first 20 min, but found it enjoyable for the most part. Seeing Chloe like that really was strange.

I thought it was great. No better pure escapism than 24 in my opinion.

I did want Chloe to ditch the eye make-up.
