I had some success in high school and college.

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Keep running in some fashion.


I teach AP U.S. History and other courses at Alta High School. I also coach the track and cross country teams at Alta.

Don't worry guys - he's just a big baby - he only coughed up blood twice during the 3K and once in the mile while in Albuquerque. About to post a link to some pics of the beast over at his race report a couple days ago (unfortunately, I have none of the said coughed up blood).

Um yeah.. ditto to the stop running part. You already know that you won't lose any fitness.
