I don't run anymore. Posting will be sporadic.
Aw, man! First the Fat Boys break up and now this! There's nothing to believe in!
Come on, keep plugging away!
Rob, I love your blog man. I started reading the "Atlantic" on a regular basis because of it.. I'm going to jump back on again. Maybe others will follow who knows:)
Why aren't you running anymore? You were as recent as last week. Injury or choice?
Best wishes, Rob. If there's anything I can do shoot me a message. Your non-running posts are as valuable or more than your running ones.
Once a runner....
you know you will be back.
Seriously? I'm bummed. I come here for encouragement and wisdom and any other worthy note you might post. I hope things find an upswing.
"A healthy runner your age should be running 70 miles a week to be competitive."
Reading your blog, heeding your advice, and following your example is a big part of the reason I pushed beyond my limits and became a focused and disciplined runner.
I pray you are healthy and I'' here to help in any way possible.
k - you trolled everyone! To quote everyone's fav. (letsrun) I give you a 3/10 because you got some people to bite... now it's time to break out of the winter funk and get back to being Rob!
