I had some success in high school and college.
Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running in some fashion.
I teach AP U.S. History and other courses at Alta High School. I also coach the track and cross country teams at Alta.

Rob, I love your blog man. I started reading the "Atlantic" on a regular basis because of it.. I'm going to jump back on again. Maybe others will follow who knows:)
Why aren't you running anymore? You were as recent as last week. Injury or choice?

Seriously? I'm bummed. I come here for encouragement and wisdom and any other worthy note you might post. I hope things find an upswing.

Reading your blog, heeding your advice, and following your example is a big part of the reason I pushed beyond my limits and became a focused and disciplined runner.
