Gotta love "City Creek Canyon".

You made me homesick.

I ran in shorts, no shirt. I think November starts next week if I'm reading the calendar right.

It was beautiful up there.

I've got a question for you, yet I'm sure that some of this info could be gleaned by perusing your blog. I'm going to ask anyway.

Who are your coaching influences? And what are some coaching books you think all coaches should read?

I hope this isn't premature, but I do know that xc coaches reflect quite a bit this time of year. Additionally, you'll probably thinking about these things as you transition at the end of Spring to a different locale. Look forward to hearing from you.
