Great long run today and a great confidence builder leading up to Ogden. I ran 26 miles in 3:09:57. Generally around East Salt Lake and Sugarhouse and finishing up with several laps around Liberty Park.

Nice work! I'd say you can run a marathon. Good luck in Ogden!

Seriously ...

I was totally thinking that I was finally starting to feel ready for Ogden until I read your blog! STINK!!!! I will need to ground myself from here for the next 28 days.

What a great training week! I just answered you back on the other post before I caught this one. What a week to get in after a fast half marathon. I don't know if I could even make it that far yet..

Nice job. Just between you and me I pulled out of Ogden just cause I didn't want to get beat by you again :) Just Kidding, I wish I could be there. Good luck.

I feel so slow whenever I check in on you. Nice run, I hope to RACE a 3:10 someday soon.

From Bret on Sat, Apr 23, 2011 at 21:21:58 from 209.251.146.2

Nice!! Run a marathon under 3:10 as a training run. Very impressive.

Thanks Laputka, Bret - actually I didn't run the .2 part so it doesn't really count.

What? You can't be serious? That's the best marathon in the state.
