Five miles plus some lifting at the gym. First real strength workout in several months. I think I held back enough so that I won't be paying for it the rest of the week.
For running what are your top 5 strength exercises that you would recommend?
Are we talking just weights or body weight exercises like push-ups and sit-ups as well?
I was thinking weights. I seldom do any workouts with weights, and I was wondering if you could suggest any good exercises with weights for runners.
