Met Kramer there for his last real workout before Nike Southwest down in Mesa this Saturday.
He did 4 X 400 in 58, 58, 56, 55. He is ready.

Ha! No, "the oval" as we call it was the venue for the speed skating events at the 2002 Olympics. The Ice sheet itself is 400 meters but it has a super cool mondo surfaced oversized running track (442 meters) around it. It's a great place to train at times like these when out school track is under a foot of snow!
