Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

That was good timing for you... snow started coming down pretty hard in the last 20 minutes of our run.

Sorry, my ankle started hurting during the gully hill sprints and my dad said I shouldn't run today. It is feeling better today and swelling has gone down but I think I will just do a 60 minute bike ride, or probably an 80 minute one. I want it to be completely better by Monday.
