Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.

 Keep running in some fashion.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

I enjoy all your twitter links. I have to imagine being a teacher is really hard right now, with all the testing, rules, red tape, etc. I imagine doctors feel the same way, with insurance, red tape, etc. You can't just focus on doing your job the best way you feel it should be done, and can't focus on the children.

Thanks Jon. The frustrating thing is being part of a profession that has become so politicized. Most of my time now is spent satisfying the whims of the federal government and the Utah state legislature. This instead of worrying about the best interests of my students.
