I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Keep running in some fashion.


I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

I wonder how many of your new 9th graders thought you were just a boring ol' teacher until you pulled out some Chris Farley! Doesn't get cooler than that.

Thank God I don't have to teach 9th graders - only 11th. SNL is pretty risqué for some of them.

I hope you weren't doing loops in the Best Buy. We (just Matt Pouslen and I for now) are doing a long run starting at 7 AM at Highland on Saturday in case you are interested.
