Confession - I love jumping rope and have ever since I was a kid. I'm actually a better rope jumper than runner.

I wasn't aware of the term "rope skipping". In elementary school we called jump rope and I recall it was an activity frowned upon by the boys up until Rocky IV. Are you good at Double Dutch as well? I saw that on TV once.

I actually thought about the jump roping the other day when I saw my boy doing it. Definitely couldn't hurt..

I skip rope too. Even Lydiard athletes skipped rope. What more needs to be said.

Lots of interest in my rope jumping!

THanks Jake! I tweeted it.
