Care to share what that slightly different approach may be?

My guesses are crossfit and Zumba.

I forgot how much track interferes with my training so if I don't get a morning run in, I frequently take a zero. Morning runs are hard for me because I have to be at work at 7 am and I have a half hour commute.

Anyway, I'm going to suck it up and do a lot more morning runs but keep them shorter - 4 miles or so. This won't beat me up and will leave me fresh for a high quality run/workout in the afternoon. If I don't get the afternoon run in, at least I will have avoided the zero.

Good thinking... those 4s add up.

I like the plan. Strong workout too. I rarely run "true" tempos. Too much room to fail :-)

Nice workout. See you tomorrow night!
