Happy Birthday to Andy:) I used to take extra catsup or is that ketchup? Pour the onion soup mix on top. Nothing better except for maybe a good steak..

Thanks Steve. People make fun of meat loaf but it's pretty darn tasty.

Made properly (with copious amounts of kale), meatloaf is fantastic.

Good run - looking forward to joining you guys up there this weekend.

Happy birthday to Andy. I hope the sidewalk gremlims left him alone on his birthday.

I don't recall my mother making meatloaf when I was younger but sometime last fall or the summer before last I broke my somewhat loose vegan diet. Megan asked, "what's for dinner?" I replied, "meatloaf." If you use BBQ sauce in place of ketchup, things get much more interesting. We love it.
