How is the knee Mr. Murphy?
I think you should log your walking miles as training miles even though you are not running. I think walking has a very important place in training. I walk in place with high knees for an hour every day. It is a killer.
When does the doctor say you will be able to run again?

Hey Murph. I'm back from my mission. I would love to get together and catch up sometime.
