2.5 mile warm-up finishing at the Highland High track.

10 X 400 with a 200 walk/jog interval.

The 73 hurt. I'm pretty happy with those splits. It's crazy how long it takes to work into things at 51, but after a while the body gradually warms to the idea of running fastish.

My daughter Abby ran 20:49 today for 3 miles at the Region XC championships. I'm so proud of her.

Cooled down on the track and back to home.

Yowza! Serious track workout.

My high school coach always said below 21 was where serious XC girls ran.

Solid running all around by Team Murphy on this day

You're right Mark and it's so important. If I coached myself the way I coached my runners, I'd be a lot faster.
