How far up City Creek did you go?

Have you ever tried sprinting the switch backs in Memory Grove?

They will get you in racing shape real fast.

Last summer I sprinted those 20 times once every week and I never felt stronger.

When I get back into it, we will have to get together and do them.

Mark - where the paved road ends up at the Rotary Club picnic area. 20 times up those switchbacks in Memory Grove sounds like a tough one!
