Just noticed that I have ran for six consecutive days. So I will take a day off today.

Don't want to get carried away.

OK, so I did two miles on the HH track while Abby was doing her workout then a few times up and down the stadium steps. Plus some push-ups, sit-ups, and core exercises.

Are you starting to feel less injured?

You ignoring my questions!

Abby is running a lot these days!

Abby has the "Girls on the Run 5k" at Sugarhouse this Saturday. We are on a two week "training program".

Yes, I feel less injured but not uninjured. I'm learning to deal with it. I'm aiming towards the Winter series races.

Very cool... she'll be at a huge advantage on her home course!
