I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.

 Keep running in some fashion.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Yeah, thanks for a putting a little perspective to Jake's "epic blow-up".

I have to say I'm a little more worried about earning the pies, cookies, and candy than the turkey!

I really did that at Top of Utah. I hit 25 miles in something like 2:38 and then finished in 2:59. Hamstring cramp about 300 yards from the finish. I couldn't move - I literally went down like someone shot me and it was something like ten minutes before I could even walk. It's funny now. Not then though. You have no idea how much rage was coursing through me watching dozens of people pass me.
