I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Keep running in some fashion.


I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Is it treadmill season for me because I don't like dark and cold. Are you still sporting the singlet at the gym? That is where I first met you.

I'm at the Sandy gym more than Sugar House Fritz. Near work and MUCH less crowded.

Mark - I've always liked treadmills. Plus with a good game on TV and people watching at the gym, there's plenty to occupy my mind. I've also noticed no difference in my race fitness when I've relied on treadmill running.
