Walked to the gym and back plus a warm-up and cool down on the treadmill.

Hard strength workout for about 45 minutes.

Fun day at work watching the various reactions of my colleagues to the election results. Many taking Mitt Romney's defeat quite personally it seems. I almost felt the need to remove all the scissors and other sharp objects from one particular teachers' classroom.

I gotta say, I'm not a very angry person. But I'm surprised how upset I am. I had to go remove all the scissors from my own house. Plus I own an Obama supporter lunch. I hate loosing bets.
