I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Gully Long Run easy today - about 8:20 pace. Still no "pop" in the legs, but otherwise feeling good. Out great run of fall weather continues, so it's just great being out there.

Rob, That pop in the legs missing is probably from a summer of kicking butt as well. I have no speed at all right now. I'm just enjoying the long easy runs for the next 4 weeks. I did some trail runs last week and that was the best thing for my legs I have done, plus it felt like running..
