I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Keep running in some fashion.


I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: 3 mile hike with Andy in Millcreek Canyon.

PM: Raced up in Park City. Splits were 6:29, 6:06, 5:54. Jogged the course easy with my team before.

Just checked the official results which say 18:18. The results are wrong.

In the HS races, they took the times out to the THOUSANDTH of a second. In yours, only to the tenth. So its fair that they chopped 10 seconds off your time.
