I needed some mountains today so I delegated practice today to the assistant coach and took Abby up to Alta to run.

7 miles up at Albion Basin. Beautiful and much needed. I've been frazzled a lot lately.

Abby is a super kid. I had three seperate moments today when I was just really proud to be her dad.

Two things in life I have been surprised about the intensity of my love for in my old age; my kids and the mountains.

Great idea! Those colors are the top of the LCC road before it turns to dirt are amazing, huh? I think its soul-refreshing just to stand there and look at them.
