Really nice 10.5 mile run, mostly on trails, in the gully.  Beautiful day here in the Salt Lake Valley. Made me glad to be alive and healthy.

My son Andy is 6 years old today. I'll be leaving work early today to do party related chores.

Say Happy Birthday to Andy - remind him I am the guy he liked to use as a jungle gym about a month ago. :)

Enjoy the time with Andy, Rob. My son, Max, is almost four, and I cherish our afternoons together.

Will Andy and the rest of the family be joining you in Boston next spring? I think my wife, Isabel, and I are going to stay over for a couple of days after the race for a mini-vacation (no kids more than likely). We've spent very little time in the Northeast, and this will be our first time in Boston.

Thanks guys. Pretty fun party although Ann did all the work.

Wesley - still too early to say, but it will probably just be me going to Boston. I don't want to take the kids out of school.

Tell Andy happy birthday for us!
