I was out the door at 4:45 this morning. Definitely not used to that, but as school starts today, I'll sppose I have to. After I warm up a bit I actually enjoy the early morning runs.

Definitely a chill in the air. Fall

Early start for me this morning too Rob. Brought Riley to swim practice at 5:30 and stayed at the Y to do my workout on the treadmill. Definitely gonna take a few days to get used to the early hours...feel like taking a nap right now.

Nice workouts. Very early morning. It was nice to meet your wife. Lord willing we will be back up there Friday night to see my Father-in-law. If your wife is his nurse I would love to have updates.
