Blah again! Only got about 2 hours sleep last night after Ann's plane from Denver got delayed again and again and again for mechanical issues. Finally went to sleep around 1:30 am and tossed and turned until about four then went down to the basement and napped on the couch for a while. Trying to work up the energy for a run now.

PM: Five miles around Liberty Park plus six hardish, longish striders.

Long run up at Alta tomorrow morning. Back to school on Friday so last Alta run of the summer.

Also did Jay Johnson's Core H routine after. Need to do it more often.

Don"t tell me that she flew United.

I always fly United and get stuck in Denver for mechanical problems every time I fly.

Last time when I returned to the US they had to switch our plane three times in Denver before we were finally able to fly home.

In the meantime the baggage handlers are able to take their time stealing stuff from our checked bags.

Last time I was booked on United to Denver my plane never even showed up in Idaho Falls!

No, it was Frontier.

They made up for it though by having a cute animal on the tail and wing flaps.

I tried the Jay Johnson's Core H exercises.

WOW! I never knew 60 seconds could be so long.

That was quite a workout.

We have a rash of mechanicals. Don't know what's up. Maybe a slow down by mechanics right now.

Ann was confident that if you were the pilot you would have said "screw the mechanical issues, we're going to Salt Lake".
