Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running in some fashion.
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Yeah, did a race today. The Annual Dash for Donation in Sugar House Park, good cause, my wife works for them (The Intermountain Donor Service). Hilly 5k - 4 uphills, 4 downhills.
Splits - 6:42, 6:56, 6:37, :39.
Way to go Mr. Murphy, and congratulations on first place. Do you have any thoughts on what it is like running a race after knee surgery?
