Easy four with some walking.

Don't think I can train and race hard consistently anymore. Haven't had a run without some pain (at least without 800 mg of Ib. ) since February. Not despondent, just need to re-think some things and reevaluate some goals.

Heading to Bandalier National Monument with my class tomorrow. Lots of hiking and meandering through Pueblo ruins. Ann took the kids there today and they feel pretty superior having been their before Dad's "field trip".

I've been wondering how the trip was. Sounds cool. I really enjoyed four days off with not a thought about running. Good for the soul. Do you seriously take 800mg?

No I don't take that much but I have once or twice and that's what it takes to feel good.

Don't give up. Hit the weights! 2-3 times a week. Nothing heavy, but do them slowly. Focus on exercises that hit the area(s) that hurt. Hip or knees hurt?
