Same deal as usual for Alta tomorrow?

From Rob Murphy on Tue, Jul 16, 2013 at 19:21:47 from 24.10.249.165

Absolutely. Want a ride? I'm thinking of leaving a little early to get in 3 or 4 miles before the boys arrive. I could probably be talked out of it though.

I want the bare minimum mileage (10-11). Taper time. But if you are leaving ~730 like usual, I'll ride up w/ you.

Yeah... 7:30 is fine.

I feel the need to go fairly long tomorrow. Got into the marathon. Got to start training :-)

OK I'll be over then, 730.

You know that running anymore than 12-13 tomorrow is counter productive. You'd tell me the same thing. Especially at 8 gazillion feet of altitude.

That was the old me. The new me does whatever he wants whenever he wants.

I've run a bunch of crappy marathons when I did everything right. Something tells me I'll run a good one next week just winging it.
