I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.

 Keep running in some fashion.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: 10 miles on the Pipeline Trail.

Observation: the majority of runners I encounter on the trails are women. Almost all the mountain bikers are men.

Rob- This is consistent with my non-scientific observations on the trails around Golden, Colorado during my time there. As for Arkansas, it is a rare occasion to see anyone running on a trail, even in our State Parks...

Going from memory, both trail runners and mountain bikers were majority male. It's great if there's more women runners.
