Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.

Keep running in some fashion.
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Is a Lifecycle some sort of incumbent bike? At least you had a good day yesterday. Seriously, hope cross country is going well.
NO! It's not some sort of REcumbent bike. It's a regular stationary bike that you have to sit up on.
Recumbant bikes are for old people and college professors.
I am going to choose not to be offended.
